The next installment of the $700 household electricity credit will start this weekend, with the $350 installment applied to Synergy and Horizon bills from 7 December.
The WA Government said households with a Direct Billing account with Synergy or Horizon Power would automatically have the credit applied to their next bill after today.
The WA Government said households in need of extra support could access further relief on their electricity bill through the Energy Assistance Payment and Dependent Child Discount.
The rebate is one of a number of state and territory government rebates and discounts available across Australia.
